I had a full roof replacement done by C.K. Roofing & Construction, Inc. and I am so happy with my new roof. Charles offered a great price for high quality shingles that included an excellent warranty. He's an honest, professional person with great communication skills and aims to please his customers. His crew were polite, hard-working individuals that did a fantastic job and left my property spotless when they finished. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of roofing services. The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Charles from C.K. Roofing and Constructionl,Inc was great to work with. Charles came to give me an estimate the same day I called. His estimate was honest and fair. He didn't pad the estimate with unnecessary things.
His crew came at 7:00 am started working immediately and had two roofs done and cleaned up by 4:00 pm. We had hail damage on both the house and the outbuilding.
I will recommend C.K Roofing & Construction to anyone looking for a fair and honest contractor.

CK Roofing and Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The flashing on our 1916 home with its clapboard siding/roof intersections was done better than many installers would - with a high attention to detail and professional installation. All, as in ALL flashing elements were addressed correctly, updated and replaced where needed and installed in such as way as to endure MN weather for years to come. All vents, boots and chimney flashing were replaced. Water barrier was applied far beyond minimum code requirements and all potential higher leak areas were treated. Both Charlie and his crew were great to work with, highly professional, extremely hard working and talented. Cleanup was exceptional, communication outstanding, pricing excellent and the final project really complements the house. We couldn't be happier. If you need a roof - look no further!
They did an excellent job for us. We had siding that had been ravaged by woodpeckers and garage doors with rotting wood by the garage doors. Both walls were resided with Hardie board that blends seamlessly with the siding on the rest of the house. Excellent service, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards. Will ๐ฏ call again if the need arises.

This is the second time I have hired CK Roofing & Construction. Our lake home needed a new roof, siding, gutters and a huge triple window needed to be replaced. We knew we had water damage under the shingles and behind the old siding and Charles and the crew took care of it much to our relief. The crews were excellent and did a great job of cleaning up after each phase of the project. Charles and Barb were always available to answer any of our questions and were extremely communicative and responsive. The work they did turned out fabulous and we could not be more happy. They were on time, on budget and the quality of the work they performed was outstanding.
CK Roofing did a wonderful job installing our new roof, even though we have a very steep roof. The crew was professional and very clean.
